Audiobooks

How do I get my audiobook after I buy it?
Audiobooks are delivered by email through BookFunnel as soon as your payment goes through. Just open the email and follow the link. You can listen right in the free BookFunnel app or download the files to your favorite device.

I didn't get my BookFunnel email. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it's not there, email me at jessiegussman@gmail.com with your order number and I'll make sure you get your book.

I'm having trouble downloading or playing my audiobook.
BookFunnel has a friendly support team that's great with device questions. There's a help link in your delivery email, or you can reach out to me and I'll point you in the right direction.

Paperbacks & Shipping

When will my paperback ship?
All physical orders ship within three business days.

How much is shipping?
Paperbacks ship within the United States for a flat $5 economy rate. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship paperbacks outside the U.S.?
Right now, paperbacks ship to U.S. addresses only.

Special Editions & Merch

What makes the special editions special?
Special editions include bonus scenes you won't find anywhere else. They're only available here in my store.

Where can I get Jessie merch?
Right here! This store is the only place I'll be selling Jessie merch.

About the Books

Are your books clean?
Yes. My books are sweet, clean Christian romance with no bedroom scenes and no bad language, and real faith woven into every story.

Can I read the books as standalones?
Yes! Every book has its own complete story and happily ever after, so you can start anywhere. That said, the reading experience is best when you read them in series order, so you can watch the families and towns grow from book to book.

Where can I find the series order?
Each book page lists every book in its series in order, and you can browse every series on the Books by Series page.

Is buying a bundle cheaper?
Yes! Series bundles save you money compared to buying each book separately. Take a look at Bundle & Save.

Orders & Returns

Can I return or get a refund on my order?
All sales are final. If something isn't right with your order, please email me and I'll do my best to help.

Why should I buy from your store instead of somewhere else?
Buying direct supports me as an author, and it's the only place to get my special editions and merch.
